Forged steel connecting rods.

Supplied as a set of five rods for fitting into the Volvo B5254t engine fitted in the ST. These rods will handle higher boost than that able to be maintained by a standard KKK turbocharger and are recommended, indeed essential, where a larger Garrett GT28/30, a Mitsubishi TDO5 or indeed the larger KKK turbo from the new RS has replaced that original installation. They are specced to reduce the compression ratio of a standard engine and software should be purpose written to ensure the overall integrity of the engine and outputs envisaged.
